MM for Men strives for excellent customer service.  We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed. For international orders outside of North America, we recommend to use DHL, UPS or USPS Priority. DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

1. While we strive to maintain it’s 1-3 day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
2. We will ship to any physical address in the US and all over the world. Each package is registered and has a corresponding tracking code, supplied in your customer account.
3. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
4. For shipping damage, customers should notify MM for Men no later than the delivery date. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to us within 24 hours. 
5. All ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of USPS our preferred carrier. We honor all U.S National holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.

7. If you select priority international first class as your shipping method, we are not able to place a claim with USPS.
8. In the case where delivery attempt has been made / or custom fee note was sent to the customer and the customer chooses not to pay the fee, MM for Men is not responsible for what happens next. It becomes customers responsibility to make necessary arrangements to pick up the order. MM for Men is not liable and refunds will not be offered in these cases.  
   In the case of orders being returned to us due to missing information or incorrect address when placing the order,  MM for Men is not responsible for reshipping charges or refunding shipping charges.
   
9. Because of the nature of the Internet, by placing an online order from MM for Men, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

USPS Shipping

First class - Usually arrives between 7-10 days but international may take up to 21 business days.

Priority - Usually arrives between 2-3 days.

Priority international - Usually arrives 6-10 days.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; MM for Men has no control over these charges, nor can MM for Men predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

It is the responsibility of each customer to know the specific customs rules, fees and import rules that apply to them. The customer is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, seizures or penalties associated with an order.
